Spiral Welded Steel Pipe Machine

In our production range, the spiral welded steel pipe machine processes steel coils by flattening them into strips and directing them to rollers to achieve the desired shape. The edges of the coil strip, bent at a predefined angle according to the pipe diameter, are optimally joined for welding.

Using both internal and external welding techniques, the welded seams undergo ultrasonic inspection to ensure quality and integrity. Once the coil strip takes its final pipe form, it can be cut to the required lengths using a plasma cutting machine.
